Why do you shoot everything that's Not Blue?
Why is it you don't want Nutes in your systems?
Why is it in less your Blue you cant dock at 99% of null stations?
Why do you not have docking fees for Nutes? And Min taxes for Nutes?
Why do you not set Nutes to Red when they agrees you and revoke there docking rights? Then blow the m away?
I guess i don't under stand, why you don't let randoms live in your systems and tax them for living out of your stations, i mean if they mess up and **** on the owners shoes red them and lock them out of the station and pod them back to empire.
I like the goon Free Port idea for null but i don't really like there EVERYONE BUT GOON is free port.
I mean i know why the NPC null space is full of fail theres no one in charge its a FFA zone most of the time and any one can dock at the stations at any time ( no standing lock outs)
Im guessing the reason is They don't want to have to police there systems( even if it would get them more Pew).

And to add to the competing for resources issue, they're freeloading while doing so. The blues helped you take that space, upgrade it, etc.
you can set taxes to what you want, there not free loading on your space.
and to make it easy to see who attacked who CCP can add a X shot at X first to the KMs.

so the main answer is its easier just to shoot ever one and live in your gated community's, and then complain about about not having targets to Pew.
it seams counter productive in getting more people to come to null, you say you want more people out there but then on the other hand your actions clearly say STAY THE **** OUT
